What this site collects

This site uses a small tracking pixel from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook) to understand how visitors find and use the site. When the pixel is active, Meta receives information such as the pages you visit, the site that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser details (for example, browser type and operating system), along with the date and time of your visit.

This site also uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a small piece of code from LinkedIn Corporation. When it runs, LinkedIn receives similar information: the pages you visit, the site that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser details, along with the date and time of your visit.

What it's used for

The pixel is used for measurement (understanding which pages get traffic and whether ads lead people to the site) and for ad optimization (making advertising about the business more relevant). It is not used to sell your information, and no information you type into a form on this site is shared with Meta through the pixel.

Who receives the data

The recipients are Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook) and LinkedIn Corporation, each of which processes the information under its own terms. Because both operate globally, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Meta's and LinkedIn's handling of that data is described in their respective privacy policies.

Your choice, and changing it later

If you visit from a region that requires a choice before advertising cookies run, you'll see a short banner asking you to accept or decline. Nothing is measured until you decide. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page — your current choice stays in place until you change it, and declining never limits how the site works for you.

Opting out

You can also control ad personalization directly with each provider: through your Facebook Ad Preferences for Meta, and through your LinkedIn ad settings for LinkedIn. Industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance's WebChoices tool can help as well.
